Elizabeth Spence

"This is my second term working as an interpreter with the Joggins Fossil Institute and I'm glad to be back among the cliffs and tides!

Originally from Dorchester, New Brunswick, I lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia while completing an Advanced Bachelor of English (2009) from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Masters of Environmental Studies (2011) from Dalhousie University. I love engaging with people on our natural and cultural heritage, as well as environmental stewardship and conservation. My research and career interests involve working with children and youth to encourage positive environmental values and attitudes through hands-on, enquiry-based learning."
